The base plate types of color coated plate mainly include cold-rolled plate, hot-galvanized plate, electrogalvanized plate and hot-plated aluminum zinc plate. Each of these substrate types has its own unique characteristics and application areas.
First of all, cold rolled plate. The color coated plate produced by cold rolled plate is smooth and beautiful in appearance, and has the processability of cold rolled plate. However, the surface coating of the cold-rolled sheet is sensitive to scratches, and any slight scratch will expose the substrate to air, causing rust. Therefore, the cold-rolled substrate color coated plate is mainly suitable for temporary isolation measures and indoor materials with lower requirements .
Secondly, the hot-dip galvanized plate is coated with organic coating on the hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which combines the protective effect of zinc and the isolation and anti-rust effect of organic coating, and has a long service life. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrate is generally 180g/square meter (double-sided), and the zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrate for external use is 275g/square meter .
electrogalvanized sheet is another common type of substrate. Electrogalvanized color coated plate is made of electrogalvanized plate as substrate, coated with organic coating and baked. Because the zinc layer of electrogalvanized sheet is thin, usually the zinc content is 20/20g/m2, so this is not suitable for outdoor production of walls, roofs, etc. However, its beautiful appearance and excellent processing properties make it suitable for home appliances, audio, steel furniture and interior decoration fields .
Finally, hot aluminized zinc plate is also an important type of substrate. The hot-plated aluminum zinc color coated plate combines the advantages of aluminum and zinc, and has excellent anti-corrosion properties and good appearance. The aluminum zinc content in the hot-plated aluminum zinc steel plate is 55%AI-Zn and 5%AI-Zn, which makes it maintain good performance in various environments.
