What is the knowledge of the production process of different galvanized coils? Now let's look at the Knowledge of different galvanized coil production processes.
Hot-dip galvanized coil: The steel sheet is immersed in a galvanizing bath so that a layer of zinc is attached to the surface of the steel sheet. At present, it is mainly produced by a continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in the galvanizing tank, and the zinc is melted in the galvanizing tank to make a galvanized coil.
Galvanized sheet factory, galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized sheet, galvanized coil, galvanized iron sheet, tinplate alloy galvanized coil: This steel sheet is also made by hot dipping. When it comes out of the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃ to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability.
Electrogalvanized coil: The galvanized coil manufactured by electroplating has good machinability. However, the coating is thinner and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet.
Single-sided galvanized coil, that is, the product is galvanized on only one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in production such as welding, painting, anti-corrosion treatment, and processing. In order to overcome the defect of not being galvanized on one side, a galvanized sheet with a thin layer of zinc is coated on the other side, that is, a double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
Tinplate alloy composite galvanized coil: It is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as lead and zinc, or even a composite steel sheet. This steel sheet not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance. In addition to the above five types, there are also color galvanized coils, printed coated galvanized coils, PVC laminated galvanized coils, etc.
Knowledge of different galvanized coil production processes, and we will know the differences more clearly in the future.
